Cherry Hill Cemetery Flag Dedication in Sugar Grove, Pa.

 A NSDAR America 250! grant was awarded to provide a flag and pole in honor patriot Moses Farnsworth buried in Cherry Hill Cemetery. 

According to DAR’s North America, Family Histories, Vol. 078, “Moses Farnsworth (1756-1827) received a pension, 1818, for service as a private in Capt. Issac Farwell’s company, Col. Joseph Cilley’s New Hampshire regiment. He was born in Littleton, Mass.; died in Sugar Grove, Pa.”
